We Keep it Simple
We believe that billing does not have to be complicated. We bill for time and materials. We do not have expensive contracts which offer no value to our clients. Before we start any work, feel free to ask us for an estimate.
On-site Computer Support: $105 per hour
After-hours Computer Support: $160 per hour
Please note the following billing procedure guildelines:
- There is a one-hour minimum for all on-site labor.
- If the service occurs on-site at your facility, half of the commuting time will be counted as labor.
- Remote connections will be billed in 30 minute increments.
- Technical support phone calls longer than 10 minutes will be charged in 30 minute increments.
- Business hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm M-F excluding major holidays.
